Laundry Service
INSTRUCTIONS
1st Place your dirty clothes into the laundry bag you will find in one of the wardrobes
2nd Fill the form with the exact number of pieces you are placing in the bag
3rd Dial 0 for collection. The team will send someone to pick it up in your room
SERVICES
REGULAR SERVICE
Items picked up by 10:00 AM will be delivered by 6:00 PM the same day,
while those picked up after 10:00 AM will be delivered by 12:00 PM the next day.
EXPRESS SERVICE
Items picked up before noon will be delivered by 6:00 PM the same day with a 50% surcharge, while items picked up after noon will be delivered within 4 hours with a 100% surcharge,
with the last pickup at 6:00 PM.
PRESSING SERVICE
Regular pressing service is available from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
Items will be delivered within 2 hours
